We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Window You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Orders canceled within this time frame are eligible for a full refund.

After 24 Hours If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. However, you may still contact us and we will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped.

Please note:

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• If your order cannot be canceled, you may still be eligible for a return or refund after delivery. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
