Refund Eligibility Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected by the warehouse team. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in our Return Policy.
Refund Timeline Once the returned item has arrived at the warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be initiated. You will receive confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Refund Method Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
Incorrect or Defective Items If the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), please contact us. We’ll be happy to provide a full refund or replacement immediately without requiring you to ship the item back.
