We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, our return process is simple and guided by the policy of our fulfillment partner.

Return Window You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window may not be accepted.

Eligible Items Most clothing and accessories are eligible for return as long as:

• Items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).

• Tags are still attached.

• The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

• Final sale items

• Intimate apparel (such as lingerie)

• Bodysuits, swimwear (if hygiene liner is removed), and accessories (such as earrings)

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred in the order.

Return Address The return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Do not send items to our business address.

Additional Notes

• Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

• Items must be shipped back within the time frame provided after approval.
